Enjoy the tranquil farmlands of Andalucia, staying in an old Spanish finca beautifully renovated into a rustic luxury holiday villa. Set in an acre of land on a hillside with stunning views of the mountains of Ronda and the open farmlands. The nearest village, Villa Nueva de la Concepcion, is only five minutes away and is famous for being situated in one of the most beautiful corners of Europe where the excesses of modern life have not yet taken root. Set in the middle of Andalucia, easy access to Seville, Ronda, Cordoba and Granada.

The property is 45 years old and has been renovated in the original style. The garden is beautifully stocked with colourful plants and citrus fruits and is evergreen all the year round even when the countryside goes brown. The pool area is large and sunloungers are provided. A large evergreen oak tree stands in a prominent position and is a major feature of the property. There are no special adaptions for small children.

The pool is 8x4 and is solely for the use of the villa. As the villa is 770 metres up in the mountains, a pool cover is provided for use at night to preserve the water heat. Solar panels assist with the heating of the pool. The large patio has been designed for relaxation, eating and the BBQ. It is a split level patio, offering a small solarium area out of the wind which can occur up in the mountains.

The property has not been specially adapted for wheel chair users. As the floors are tiled, safety is an important factor as any fall on hard floors would be harmful.

Changeover Dates:

Preferred change over day is Saturday. The house must be vacated by noon and guests are not permitted to arrive before 4pm on the day of their booking. Special arrangements can be made whenever possible.

1 bedroom with double bed plus en suite bathroom.
1 bedroom with double bed.
1 twin bedded room.

Bathrooms:

1 en suite bathroom plus shower plus WC and bidet.
1 bathroom plus shower plus WC and bidet.

Kitchen:

Fully modernised kitchen with fridge, deep freeze, washing machine, washing up machine, gas hob, electric oven, plenty of cupboard space and kitchen utensils.

Utility Room:

Utility room has been converted into a reception hall.

Living Room:

Lounge seats six easily with open fireplace,TV,DVD.
Dining room seats six, well lit (for winter use)

Additional Information:

Large covered patio with outside dining table and chairs, separate sitting area with table and six chairs and BBQ on separate level which offers sheltered sunbathing area.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid Service:

All domestic, kitchen and pool towels are provided plus all bed linen. The property is cleaned weekly and the bed linen is also changed weekly.
